To register and use the JK9 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. JK9 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason if these requirements are not satisfied.

• You must be 18 years and above at the time of registration. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• You must register using accurate and truthful personal information — full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Each individual is only permitted to have one active JK9 account at any one time. Registering more than one account using the same name, phone number, email address, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• You must be registering for yourself and not on behalf of another person. A JK9 account cannot be transferred to another individual.
• You must use the JK9 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for any commercial activity, syndicate operations, or money laundering.

By completing the JK9 registration form and clicking the "Register" button, you automatically confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full, along with JK9's Privacy Policy.

Keeping your JK9 account secure is a shared responsibility between you and JK9. While we protect the platform with 256-bit SSL encryption and strict technical security measures, you as the account holder also have certain responsibilities to safeguard your account against unauthorised access.

• Select a strong and unique password for your JK9 account — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended. Do not reuse the same password across other platforms.
• Never share your JK9 account password, login credentials, or OTP codes with anyone — including family members, friends, or anyone claiming to be JK9 staff.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using public or shared devices such as a cybercafe computer.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact JK9 support immediately via Live Chat to request a temporary account freeze.
• JK9 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the account holder's own negligence.

JK9 staff will never ask for your password or any sensitive account information through any communication channel. If you receive such a request, please report it to our support team immediately as it may be a fraudulent attempt.

JK9 only processes financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits and withdrawals must be made using supported payment methods and in the name of the registered account holder.

Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the deposit made. Winnings may only be withdrawn to an e-wallet or bank account that has been verified in the name of the same JK9 account holder. JK9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

JK9 reserves the right to freeze or suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation if there are signs of suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or other violations of these terms. Users will be notified via email or in-platform notification.

JK9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• All JK9 bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) as stated on the respective promotions page. Rollover requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount received (e.g., a 10x rollover means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus value before any winnings can be withdrawn).
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members registering for the first time. Each account is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once.
• JK9 reserves the right to cancel the related bonus and winnings if it finds that a user is attempting to manipulate the bonus system through improper means, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, using a VPN to falsify location, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions.

• Confirmed bets are final. Once you click "Confirm Bet" and receive your bet slip confirmation, the bet cannot be cancelled or modified except in cases of a technical error acknowledged by JK9.

JK9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member account for the following reasons without prior notice in serious cases:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification
• Attempted fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity conducted through the JK9 platform
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system
• The use of bots, automation software, or any other unauthorised methods
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour towards JK9 support staff

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any valid balance in the account (excluding bonuses or winnings obtained through means that breach these terms) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method within 14 business days.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact JK9 support via Live Chat. Voluntary closures are processed within 3 business days, and any remaining balance will be refunded in full.
